Terms of service
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the website, products, programs, trips, events, and services provided by 5-Star Concierge Service LLC, doing business as NC Travel Maniacs (“NC Travel Maniacs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, registering for a trip or event, requesting services, submitting payment, making a booking, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
NC Travel Maniacs provides travel, concierge, event, marketing, consulting, and related professional services. Depending on the service requested, our offerings may include:
Some services may involve independent third-party suppliers, including airlines, hotels, resorts, cruise lines, transportation companies, tour operators, activity providers, restaurants, venues, event vendors, booking platforms, marketing platforms, and other service providers.
When third-party suppliers are involved, their own terms, policies, cancellation rules, availability, fees, and requirements may apply.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information when submitting an inquiry, making a reservation or booking, registering for an event or trip, making a purchase, or requesting services.
For travel-related services, you are responsible for carefully reviewing all information provided to you, including:
You are responsible for ensuring that every traveler in your party has the required documentation and meets all applicable travel, health, immigration, and entry requirements.
You should promptly notify us if any information provided for your booking or service is incorrect or changes.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by us in writing, all payments made to 5-Star Concierge Service LLC / NC Travel Maniacs are non-refundable.
This includes, but is not limited to, payments for:
Once payment has been submitted, we may immediately begin reserving time, allocating resources, communicating with vendors, making arrangements, performing administrative work, planning services, coordinating activities, or otherwise working on your purchase.
For this reason, payments are considered non-refundable once submitted.
If you cancel, withdraw, change your plans, fail to participate, fail to travel, or decide not to continue with a service, trip, excursion, event, project, or program, amounts already paid will not be refunded unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by us in writing.
Deposits, retainers, installment payments, partial payments, planning fees, administrative fees, booking fees, and service fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by us in writing.
If you enter into a payment plan, cancellation or withdrawal does not automatically eliminate any remaining payment obligations.
Any outstanding balance will be handled according to the terms communicated at the time of booking, registration, invoice, contract, or payment arrangement.
Travel arrangements may involve independent third-party suppliers, including:
Third-party suppliers maintain their own cancellation, refund, credit, rescheduling, change, and service policies.
NC Travel Maniacs does not control the policies or decisions of independent third-party suppliers and cannot guarantee that a supplier will provide a refund, credit, rescheduling option, accommodation, schedule change, or other remedy.
If a third-party supplier offers a refund, credit, rescheduling option, alternative arrangement, or other accommodation, NC Travel Maniacs may assist with coordinating that option when reasonably possible.
However, fees charged by NC Travel Maniacs for planning, concierge, administration, coordination, or other services remain non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by us in writing.
Payments for event-related services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by us in writing.
Event-related services may include:
If an event is postponed, relocated, modified, or rescheduled, NC Travel Maniacs may provide updated arrangements or reasonable alternatives when available.
A change to an event date, location, schedule, vendor, itinerary, format, or other event detail does not automatically create a right to a refund.
Payments for marketing, promotional, creative, consulting, administrative, strategy, planning, setup, implementation, and other professional services are non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by us in writing.
These services may require time, expertise, preparation, technology, content creation, account management, strategy development, vendor coordination, setup, implementation, or other resources.
Once work has begun or resources have been allocated, payments remain non-refundable.
Client delays, failure to provide requested information, delayed approvals, lack of participation, changes in direction, or a decision to discontinue services do not create a right to a refund.

Our own planning, administrative, service, concierge, marketing, and coordination fees remain non-refundable unless otherwise required by applicable law or expressly agreed to by us in writing.
By voluntarily providing your mobile telephone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from 5-Star Concierge Service LLC / NC Travel Maniacs, you consent to receive text messages related to the communications for which you have opted in.

Clients and travelers are responsible for reviewing final booking information, reservation details, event information, itineraries, and service details.
NC Travel Maniacs does not guarantee that information supplied by independent third-party providers will remain unchanged or that a particular third-party service will be available.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 5-Star Concierge Service LLC / NC Travel Maniacs shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from the use of our website or services.
We are not responsible for losses, cancellations, delays, changes, injuries, expenses, or damages caused by independent third-party providers or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.

When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted on our website with an updated “Last Updated” date.
